We accept returns only on the spot — while the courier is still at your delivery location.
You are welcome to try on the pieces upon delivery, and if for any reason they do not meet your expectations, you may return them immediately with the courier present.
Once the courier leaves, we will not be able to accept any returns or refunds.

Delivery Fees

At all times, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer, unless otherwise specified in the Faulty Returns section below.

Returns Condition

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and unused
  • With all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Any returned items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Faulty Returns

  • Clear images of the faulty item

Once reviewed and approved by our team, you will be eligible for a full refund of delivery for the faulty item.
